- Advising on protection of the IP strategy and registration of the intellectual property assets of Nobel Biocare Russia, the Russian subsidiary of a Swedish leading global manufacturer of innovative implant-based dental restorations and dental equipment.
- Providing legal support for Italian food manufacturer Altimo Caputo s.r.l. including the state registration of a trademark in Russia.
- Drafting a model distribution agreement for Diva LLC,Russian distributor of apparel and accessories.
- Structuring activities and developing standard documentation in the field of transportation for the online service www.deliver.ru.
- Preparing a user agreement for the online platform EasyFix, governing the interaction between the platform and its users in the selection of the service for the repair of vehicles in technical partner centers, as well as the analysis and amendment of the contract with such technical partner centers.
- Preparing of a user agreement for Russian hi-tech start-up in the field of the automated preparation of legal documents www.doczilla.ru.
- Drafted a user agreement for an online platform governing the interactions between a platform and its users regarding the provision of a service for the selection of a vehicle repair service at partner technical centers, as well as analysis and amendment of an existing agreement with technical partner centers.
